Departments and degrees (2011-2012)
The Higher Institute of Applied Languages and Informatics at Béja is an institution of higher education, scientific research, and technology. Currently, the institute counts two departments, the Department of Languages and the Department of Informatics and Multimedia which deliver a three-year program in each of the following short–term degrees:

  
   Applied Spanish and Multimedia Applied BA
   Applied German and Multimedia Applied BA
    Business English Applied BA

As the establishment adopts a policy of openness to the environment, it is currently hosting the 21/21 Employment Training Program for young university graduates. In the same vein, the institute proposes specialized training programs in languages, computer sciences, and multimedia for white-collar professionals in both the public and private sectors.
